It's that time of month again: "First Thursday"! To those of you who are new to my blog, each First Thursday of a new month I release a special Limited Edition jewelry design available to the first 50 people who place an order. The past few designs have included such crazy ideas as a cowboy robot, a Cowbot, and a Punk Rock Robot. Each piece is handmade by me. The design goes up right here on my blog at 1:00 p.m. central time. This month's First Thursday falls on August 4th which is only 2 days away!!!
Now, I'm not going to give anything away, but those of you who are lovers of journalism will want to be in on the impending robot action! Also, this robot loves going on adventures...

ReplyDeleteI was thinking a Jade-inspired piece with the journalism clue. The green question marks also make me think of the Riddler, but that doesn't seem to have to do with the piece itself.
ReplyDeleteBut now I'm mostly thinking that the piece is Spiderman related, since Peter Parker is a photojournalist and also an action hero. But then again, Superman is also a journalist, so it might be Clark Kent as well! Maybe a Super Chandler, eh?
But then I remember you saying in a past blog that you wanted to wait a month on making a superhero-inspired Chandler and rather do a piece having to do with "change" and "new adventure." I'm not sure if you've decided against doing that since then, though.
Can we take more than one guess, Meg? I have too many ideas for just one. haha

I wont be able to buy this month but Id still like to guess for the fun of it. Like what everyone is saying Id guess a Jade Bot first, but then my second guess would be Ron Burgundy Bot (Anchorman). Cant wait to see what it is!
